1.      How do I find out the status of my order?
You will receive notification emails from us regarding these stages: order confirmation, payment status, shipping of orders. You may also contact us HERE, specifying your order reference number and the issue(s) at hand.

2.      How are products packed?
Products will be packed in a standard  A4/A3-sized envelope or carton box (sizing depends on ordered products) provided by our appointed courier. Large orders may be packed and shipped separately. Please check the Packing & Shipping Info page on this website for detailed information.

3.      What should I do if my products don't arrive on schedule?
Lifeskills Resources Pte Ltd will pack and post, or arrange for courier for your order, to the person and address you provided to Lifeskills Resources Pte Ltd at the time of your order. Delivery will be arranged once your order is accepted (with payment processed) and should be received within 30 days of dispatch of the order. All delivery times quoted on the web site are estimates only, based on availability, normal processing and courier service providers. You will become the owner of the ordered products when they are dispatched to you from our office.

4.      What should I do if order arrived damaged or incomplete?
Please check the Store Policies page on this website for relevant information.
The courier company will compensate up to a maximum of US$100.00 after their final investigations and based on the value stated therein on the Proforma Invoice. Usually, value stated on Proforma Invoice is much lower than the actual purchase value. Reason being the customer pays lesser import duty should this be imposed by the customs at the receiving end.

5.      Can I add products to my order after payment?
No. You will need to make a new order for the additional products. However, if the new order is accepted (with payment processed) and the previous order has not been dispatched, we can pack and dispatch both orders together. You will need to give us timely instructions to combine order dispatch via this email: enquiries@lifeskillsresources.com.sg

6.      Do you provide shipping to all international locations?
No. Due partly to distributorship agreements, we only deliver to the following locations:

7.      Can I place advance orders for 'out-of-order' products?
Yes. You can forward your advance order request to this email: enquiries@lifeskillsresources.com.sg
Our customer service staff will contact you once the product(s) is(are) available and help facilitate your desired purchase.

8.      Can I get discounted rates for bulk purchases?
Yes. Some items are available at bulk purchase prices through the webstore and are listed as 'Bundle Kits'.
If you wish to make bulk purchases for other products listed on the webstore, please contact us HERE. In your writing, please indicate the product(s) you wish to purchase and the respective product quantities.
