1. All product pricings in this webstore are listed in Singapore currency (SGD) with no prevailing government taxes.
2. For online web orders, you may pay via: Paypal (using VISA or Master Credit Cards)
3. For pre-arranged self-collection from our office, you may pay via: Cash (SGD), Singapore Bank Drafts or Cheques issued by Singapore-based banks.
4. Any issues resulting in the delay in payment receipt by Lifeskills Resources Pte Ltd may affect the timely dispatch of the order.

1. If the products received from Lifeskills Resources Pte Ltd are not what you ordered, damaged, defective or if the order is incomplete, Lifeskills Resources Pte Ltd shall not accept liability unless you notify Lifeskills Resources Pte Ltd in writing (at our contact address listed on this website) within ten working days of the delivery, explaining the problem. You will receive an acknowledgement from us when we receive your request.
2. If you do not receive your order within 30 days of it being dispatched to your registered address, Lifeskills Resources Pte Ltd shall not accept liability unless you notify Lifeskills Resources Pte Ltd in writing (at our contact address listed on this website) within 40 days of the order being dispatched to you.
3. If you notify Lifeskills Resources Pte Ltd regarding an issue with the delivered products or the delivery of the products, Lifeskills Resources Pte Ltd’ only obligation will be, at its own discretion, to make good any incomplete or non-delivery; to replace or repair any products that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question to the original method of payment. If such a method is no longer valid, Lifeskills Resources Pte Ltd e-coupons will be issued to the value of the refund due.
4. Lifeskills Resources Pte Ltd shall not accept liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising out of any issue you notify to Lifeskills Resources Pte Ltd under this condition. Lifeskills Resources Pte Ltd shall not accept liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question under paragraph (3) above.
5. Nothing in this condition is, however, intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable Singapore law. Nothing in this contract creates any right which is enforceable by any person who is not a party to the contract.

Every country has its own set of regulations when handling the items shipped to the country. Some countries may collect customs duties and levies during the custom clearance process of the products. These additional charges will be borne by the recipient as Lifeskills Resources Pte Ltd does not have any control over the charges imposed by the local custom authorities. However, custom policies vary from country to country and not every item will attract duties and levies. Please contact your local customs office for detailed information on the relevant charges, if any.
