Packing Information
1.      With an eye on minimising shipping costs for our customers and based on our own determination, orders will be packed in either an envelope or a box provided by our appointed courier company.
2.      We do our utmost to ensure that all ordered products are packed in the best possible condition before dispatch to our partnering courier companies.

Shipping Information - Singapore Addresses
1.      Within Singapore, we offer only one standard mode of shipping. In the event that you require expedited local delivery for our products, please contact us at the number provided at the Contact Us page, with your specific request.
2.      You will receive an email notification from us when your order has been dispatched to the courier.
3.      No shipment tracking is available for local deliveries.
4.      Currently, shipping charges have been waived for all web store orders totalling S$500 and above, and which are to be delivered within Singapore.

Shipping Information - Overseas Addresses
1.      For overseas addresses, we currently offer two shipping modes: Express Document or Express Parcel depending on quantity ordered.

To track your shipment, you will need to key in the tracking number (without any spacing), which will be sent to you via email notification at the time of despatch.

Estimated Delivery Schedules:
Transit times are 2-4 working days, subject to customs clearance upon arrival at destination
